A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, following the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Lathaniel Burrell in south London.

Lathaniel died on Paradise Road, near Stockwell Tube station, on Tuesday afternoon.

The Met Police said a 32-year-old man was arrested on Friday in Croydon and remained in custody.

She added: “Our detectives are working hard to piece together the events of Tuesday afternoon and identify those responsible for killing Lathaniel.”
