Pop-Tarts is officially entering the frozen food market with the release of ice cream sandwiches. Here’s where you can score them.  Read More Lifestyle

Imagine this: It’s a warm, sunny day, and you need to cool off. The Starbucks line is way too long for a Strawberry Acai, and your local Dunkin’ just ran out of Refreshers. So, what do you do? You grab some ice cream—and not just any ice cream (we’re fancy here). You get Pop-Tarts ice cream.

Sounds like a fever dream, right? But it’s actually reality because Pop-Tarts just dropped a big one—they’re launching ice cream sandwiches based on their most popular flavors.

Complex broke the news in an Instagram post, announcing that “Pop-Tarts is expanding into the freezer aisle at your local Walmart with a lineup of ice cream sandwiches.”

So, what flavors are we getting, and more importantly, when? According to the press release, these ice cream sandwiches will hit shelves in May (aka, they’re available now, people!) and come in three iconic flavors: Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Frosted Strawberry, and Frosted Chocolate Fudge.

But wait, there’s more. Certain flavors will also be available in pint sizes. Yep, the brand confirmed that Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Frosted Strawberry, and Frosted S’mores will be available later this summer in pints. We kind of need them now, Kellogg, but I guess we’ll wait.

Not to mention, this is exactly the sweet treat we need for summer, and fans agree. “Brown sugar cinnamon got my name on it,” one user wrote. “This is crazy because I just ate some vanilla ice cream with a warmed-up Pop-Tart, and yes,” another comment read.

I’m here for Pop-Tarts ice cream, but hey, just one little suggestion: Can we please get cookies and cream flavor? I mean, Brown Sugar Cinnamon and Frosted Strawberry are good and all, but nothing beats the classic Oreo combo.

Okay, thank you for coming to my TED Talk. I’m heading to my local grocery store now to stalk—err, find—those Pop-Tarts ice creams. Ciao.
