A man was found shot to death in a car in Burlington, according to the Burlington Police Department. Police said they responded to the shooting on Thursday just before 9 a.m. after getting a call to the area of the 2300 block of Eric Lane in the parking lot. Officers said they discovered the victim, Donald Long, 23, who died from his injuries. Police said they arrested Raquel Strudwick, 21, who’s charged with first-degree murder. Police said they determined Strudwick and Long were in a relationship.

Strudwick is being held in the Alamanace County Jail without bond.
